The Most Underrated Show on HBO

His Dark Materials. One of my all time favorite book series made into a TV show with a ridiculous budget. You probably read the series and didn’t even know this series was out! It follows the adventures of Lyra and Will through out the different dimensions of London while trying to find a friend who was kidnapped. This leads to something much bigger and involves multiple dimensions with differing opinions on how magic should be handled.

The writing, cast, sets, costumes, and score are IMPECCABLE. I wish everyone was watching this on the same level as GOT…because I don’t think the ending will disappoint ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I would recommend reading the books before because there is only so much time to break down this massive world Philip Pullman has built.
