What is Snack Lab?
Snack Lab is all about sharing my crazy baking experiments and the science behind why they work! I found I enjoy video editing and coming up with crazy recipes…so why not combine the two? This is not your ordinary dessert and snack channel. I am trying to bring the crazy ideas I have to life. Peanut butter lovers pie, cinnamon toast crunch tres leches cake, outlaw cookies, s’more brownie bars, ANYTHING out of the ordinary is fair game.
You might be wondering, ‘Chloe, why do you want to do this?’
Lemme tell ya-
I have fun with these creative projects…it keeps me busy and out of trouble.
Grow my audience. It is the most powerful thing you can have in this day and age.
Put some of the goofy characters I have illustrated over the years to work.

‘Chloe, there are billions of baking channels out there, what makes yours unique?’
Never fear my friend. Seeing some of the recipe ideas I have listed above, are those like anything you see average bakers making and sharing online. While I am not the first to make crazy snacks and share them, my recipes are so much more than simple chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and all other average recipes.
I have been told I am a goofy character, so you can watch me try and figure out things as I work. I also want to incorporate my illustration and lettering designs into these videos and so much more. I have been thinking of making an illustrated recipe book for awhile now. This could pave the way to that. Any merch I make wouldn’t be standard issue for Youtube, it would feature my designs all handmade by the one and only, Chloe.
When do new videos come out?
Right now my schedule is every Saturday at 9 AM CST. This may change as I experiment with upload times. While my audience is still small, I am sure they will be forgiving of this!
I am playing with the idea of allowing local pickup for people who want to try my recipes and the money made from selling snacks would go towards buying more ingredients. I dunno.
